MinebeaMitsumi MMS601 is a compact differential pressure sensor based on MEMS technology. The thermal MEMS structure enables high-accuracy measurement even at low pressure levels. The sensor integrates a 24-bit ΔΣ (delta-sigma) A/D converter and outputs highly accurate pressure data in digital form. An I²C interface is used for communication with a microcontroller.
